Repair Life Cycle

This article outlines the general life cycle, and specific requirements, for all of our repairs

1. Check In

Check ins should be completed in under 10 minutes.

2. Diagnostics

Diagnostics should always be completed by the end of the next business day. Completing diagnostics means that the tests have been run, a solution has been found, and the customer has been contacted. You can not consider diagnostics complete until the customer has been contacted.

3. Acquire parts

We often need to order parts, or get approved parts out of our stock. Order/Aquire all parts needed, and properly check them in.

4. Perform repair & Post Diagnostics

All repairs should be completed by the end of the next business day. A repair is complete when post diagnostics are passing, and the customer can come in to pick up the device.

5. Check Out

Process the customers payment and close out all paperwork. This is the last check to add on accessories, follow up appointments, or Care Plans. Make sure to let the customer know about any options that may be relevent to them.
