Your replacement device is in and ready to be exchanged. You’ll have three (3) business days to complete the exchange before we are required to send the replacement device back per Apple’s policy. Feel free to stop by whenever you have the chance to do so from 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday.

You’ll have three (3) business days to bring the device in to have the repairs completed before we are required to send the parts back to the warehouse per Apple’s policy.
