Care Plan Sign Up
How to sign up a customer for a Care Plan via the website.
Customers may sign up for one of our Care Plans whenever they have service with us either in-store, onsite, or remotely.
Deciding the Appropriate Plan
There are several plans that a customer can choose from.
- Mac Care Monthly or Yearly
- PC Care Monthly or Yearly
- Family Care Plan Monthly or Yearly
- Personal Care Plan
Choose the plan that works best for the customer. Make sure to explain that each sign up indicates a one year commitment. Additional details are listed on each plan page on the website (which are linked above).
Signing Up Online
Begin by visiting our website and going to the corresponding Care Plan page (bookmark the links above for future reference). Scroll down the page to find the available payment options for the selected plan. Make sure to click the button to change between yearly and monthly based on whichever the customer chooses.
After choosing monthly or yearly, click on the “Sign Up Now” button.
You will now load into the sign up page of the plan. Make sure to go over what is and isn’t covered under the plan. Ensure to explain that the plans auto-renew based on their contract type (monthly or yearly).
After reviewing the information on this page with the customer, have them enter their full name where required and check the box next to _“I understand this is for a recurring payment plan and agree to terms and conditions set forth above._” before clicking the blue _Sign up now_ button.
The customer will then be taken to the Stripe payment screen to enter their card information. For security purposes have them enter their own card information unless they ask you to assist. Once they are finished entering their card information, have them click Subscribe.
A payment confirmation will then load. You will need to copy and paste this confirmation number into the Confirmation Number textfield of the Add Credit Card Payment (StripePrepaid) page of PCRT when adding the payment as a deposit. See Procedure- Deposits for details on how to process a deposit.
Important Notices
We are unable to accept cash or checks for Care Plan setups. All subscription sign ups need to be processed through the website with a debit or credit card.
