Membership Tracking System (MTS)

MTS is a service that resides on the BGCSERVER-CLOUD hosted server accessible in ScreenConnect.

Our interaction with this program, at the time of writing, has been limited to making sure the cloud server is online and accessible and also checking/initiating backups.

Check the backup

  1. Login to the cloud server on ScreenConnect ("BGCSERVER-CLOUD"). Password is stored in Vaultwarden
  2. Open the backup tool C:\Program Files (x86)\VisionCPS\Vision Backup\FTPAutoController.exe
  3. On the backup utility screen, view the most recent backup date. It will be listed in a field on the window, and you can also look at the menu for View -> Backups to see the most recent cloud backups
  4. You can also initiate a manual backup from here by clicking the big "Create Backup Now" button at the bottom

Create new MTS user

All information should be present in the document provided by BGCCP for preparing a new MTS user. The final step is to reach out to Jodie Fetter to finalize the account creation.

  1. If this process was initiated from their MaintainX system, then use the 3-dots menu -> Email Vendor option to contact Jodie to finish the setup
  2. Otherwise, respond on the existing ticket in our system (or create one if one hasn't already been created) and tag (CC) Jodie to finish the setup
