Disciplinary Policy

Probation Period

All new employees shall be considered to be on probation for duration of 3 months from the commencement of his/ her employment. During this period, his/ her performance will be evaluated. At the end of probation, recommendation shall be made to determine the future employment of this employee. During the probation period, the employee shall not be eligible for paid privilege leave and sick time. During the probation period, normal disciplinary steps can be bypassed for instant employment termination for any reason deemed sufficient (including but not limited to any action inconsistent with the law of the land, rules, regulations, and policies in this Employee Handbook, or put the company's interest in a compromising situation).

After Probation Period Disciplinary and Termination

Any employee found to misuse the rules, regulations, policies in this Employee Handbook, or put the company's interest in a compromising situation is liable for further action. Depending on the seriousness of the issue, a verbal warning will be given to the employee first. If no improvement is noticed in the employee's behavior, then a written warning will be issued. If still no improvement is noticed,the employment of the employee may be terminated.
