Apple Schedule Manager
The Apple Schedule Manager is where we list our availability for Apple appointments. It is how a customer might book an appointment at our location via Apple’s website, although this happens rarely. The schedule still needs to be filled out, though, to maintain availability.
Procedure
- Login to GSX
- On the GSX homepage, click on Settings
- If you clicked on “More” to read/dismiss a message from GSX, you will need to click “GSX” in the top left corner to get back to the homepage.
- Under “UNIVERSITY PC CARE INC” on the left-hand side, click “Schedule Manager”
- Click “Manage Capacity” at the top. You will be taken to a calendar view, broken down into days of the week (columns) and hours of the day (rows).
- If you are creating an availability calendar based on a previous week’s availability:
- Use the “<” and “>” buttons in the top-right of the calendar to navigate to the week for which you will be setting a schedule
- For each “Filter by” type on the left-hand side of the calendar, use the “Copy from” dropdown in the bottom-right to copy an availability calendar from a previous week, then click Save.
- If you are creating an availability calendar but do not have a previous week’s availability calendar from which to copy:
- Use the “<” and “>” buttons in the top-right of the calendar to navigate to the week for which you will be setting a schedule.
- For each “Filter by” type on the left-hand side of the calendar, add 1 appointment on each hourly slot available for each day (available slots have a white background, unavailable slots have a gray background), then click Save.
If your job duties include setting the Apple Schedule Manager schedule but you do not have access to do so, email corp@universitypccare.com to request access.
