Dashboard Workflow

This article covers the things that are important to work on. PCRT is built so you can structure the workflow of your day around it.

The easiest way to break it down is by listing the things that are most important. On the dashboard, check and clear the sections in the listed order below:

1. Urgent
2. Waiting for bench (over 24 hours)
3. Assigned to Store Team
4. No actions or no notes today
5. No Authorization within 1 day (You just have to see if the repair has been authorized and try to get one authorized if possible)
6. Waiting for bench (under 24 hours)
7. On the Bench
8. Your Work Orders
9. Ready for final Inspection
10. Waiting for Callback (try and reach out to the customer if its been more than 48 hours)
11. Waiting for Parts (Check the notes to make sure we did not receive the parts and just missed it)
