NC Inspection Machine (Dell GX270) - Turn off Manufacturing Mode

Most, if not all, NC Inspection machines are Dell GX270 running Windows 98. Being so old, the motherboards are prone to failure and may need to be replaced. Replacement motherboards may come in “Manufacturing Mode”, which prevents the computer from booting until removed.
