How To Verify a Customer's CarePlan

We offer a few different subscription plans that can repair information. It is important to be aware of customers' Care Plans so we can set good expectations.


  1. Log into PCRT and navigate to the check in page.
  2. Search, at the top of the page, for the customer or their computer. If someone has a CarePlan there will be a corresponding work order.
  3. If a customer has a CarePlan, their subscription information will show up in a new block called the “Subscription Information”

  4. Once you see the Care Plan you can then apply all applicable benefits
