How To Verify a Customer's CarePlan
We offer a few different subscription plans that can repair information. It is important to be aware of customers' Care Plans so we can set good expectations.
- Log into PCRT and navigate to the check in page.
- Search, at the top of the page, for the customer or their computer. If someone has a CarePlan there will be a corresponding work order.
If a customer has a CarePlan, their subscription information will show up in a new block called the “Subscription Information”

- Once you see the Care Plan you can then apply all applicable benefits
